It was girls day out and we chose to get pedicure and manicure don’t at Signature Nail Salon! The ambience and place is good! Lots of chairs but less staff may be better to take an appointment if you want to get it done together! Please don’t take kids it wasn’t worth it! They do shabby work! Out of 4 girls who did for us only one of them was patient and did it properly! The lady who did pedicure for me did not even change her gloves after finishing the previous client.. very unhygienic! I was the last to get someone to help me I was done along with other who started earlier! Not happy!

The worst service I have ever got. I asked for one design and they did something else. Initially when I showed them the picture, they said yes and they can do it. But once they started doing it, she changed the design and said I cannot do what is in the picture.

I have been going to Signature Nail Spa for about 6 months now. I usually see Helen who is amazing! I had not scheduled an appointment today so I was placed with Wendy. She was rude and aggressive. I have cuts around my nails and the manicure looked bad. It had streaks like when you’re running out of top coat and it’s starting to clump and there were bubbles left in the top coat. When I told her the UV light was burning me she just said that’s how it is. I felt like I put my hand in a toaster oven and it has never felt that hot. When I asked for someone other than Wendy to fix it, I was told no. I had to ask about 4 times before I was able to get another person to fix it. Blanca was able to fix it and it took about 10 minutes. She did a great job and was very kind and gentle. I will definitely be scheduling ahead to see Helen or Blanca.

Took my daughter for her very 1st manicure! The staff were very sweet and patient. We went on a Thursday around 430 and it wasn’t busy at all. They accept appointments and walk-ins.

I dropped in the first time and liked my technician, so the next time I made an appointment with her. Apparently they don’t know what an appointment means, because my technician took someone minutes before my scheduled time. I waited over 40 minutes for her and by then, I didn’t have time to finish. I asked her to please just do one hand and I would come back to finish the other one. She still tried to finish the work, and I kept insisting that I come back because she was barely doing my cuticles (the ONLY reason I get my nails done). Anyway, she looked her calendar, told me when to come back and I did– at the exact time she told me to come. When I got there, once again she had been told to take a walk-in during my slot so, I asked when I could come back again! She said in a half an hour, and then ONCE AGAIN, her manager made her take another client in my new time. Well the girl beside her had witnessed all of this and offered to take the other girl so my technician could finish me. She then proceeded to tell me that her manager said she could only paint my nails–not do my cuticles! Mind you, I had paid and tipped her already, been there THREE times for one manicure and then she wasn’t even going to finish properly? She basically said she didn’t care either because she was leaving the salon that week because of the bad management. I will NEVER go back there. Perhaps if all you do is walk in and don’t care who does your nails it would be a better experience, but I won’t patronize a cheap, conniving business owner/manager.

I normally wouldn’t leave such a love review but services were so expensive and I just feel like I overpaid for what I got. The technician did absolutely nothing with my cuticles at all. I got acrylic and there’s so much space it already looks like I need a fill in and they were just done today. She was very rushed with the Polish and there are all sorts of lines and brush strokes in the gel. The end result looks like poorly done glue on nails.

Came in for a regular manicure. The man who did my nails did a fine job filing and shaping my nails but butchered the painting. He caked two layers on unevenly and topped it with a top coat to simply dry to top layer. You can see the uneven layers on my left middle finger and right index and ring fingers. I would not recommend coming here.

I use to love this place when I first got to Cary and now I don’t unless I have no other option. I would suggest to the owner that you ask your customers if they want a stylist who is training if you want to keep customers!!!! I gave the trainee a great tip because she is learning and I saw her trying her best to get it right!!! It was not her fault!!!

Literally just leaving the salon, not happy at all. Paint job is very lumpy and sloppy. Went back inside after seeing how it looked in the natural light. She redid my right had and it looks just as bad. This was my first time visiting this salon and my last. Pedicure, Acrylic nails
