This past weekend I spent $40 on 20 minutes of a bronze package to split into two sessions. I used 7 minutes of the 20, came back today to use what was left & was told that’s not how it works. That I would have to purchase another $15 worth to get another 7 minutes. I would have NEVER spent $40 on 7 minutes of tanning. The staff couldn’t do anything for me but offer me “lotion packets” to make up for it. This place is a scam, inform your workers how to properly charge for packages in the future. What a rip off.

I love this place however the reason why Im giving them one star is that they didn’t return to their original hours after they changed them due do to Covid. I froze my account, as the hours did not work with my schedule at all. Now they are keeping their Covid hours. This is highly frustrating and this is from someone who pays for the ambassador package. You offer great services however I don’t want to go only two days a week and pay that much, it’s not right. Even the girls at the desk said they get a lot complaints about the hours, so I’m not the only one. Please go back to your original hours.

First, the staff is lovely at this location. Friendly, personable and knowledgeable staff makes all the difference in setting this place apart. The premises are always very clean, from the storefront to the beds to the bathrooms… spotless. Besides a wide variety of sun bed strengths for all budgets, they have stand up booths, sunless tanning (spray tan), red light beds (anti aging and awesome for clearing up psoriasis! Did wonders for mine!) They also have a good selection of tanning lotions, other beauty items and some clothing which is always changing so worth polling in periodically to see what they have.

Outstanding tanning facility!! I have been tanning for years, but this place really kicks it up five notches. Truly, there is nothing like this place in the area. The prices are more than fair, and the types of services available are amazing. Clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, and high quality beds are waiting for you.

Stay far away! I Brought my daughter in this evening for spray tans. 2 young, newer employees were working. Both were completely clueless about pricing. They both were talking over each other and kept giving us conflicting info. They both literally contradicted every statement they made. I happily would have purchased unlimited spray tan memberships for both my daughter and I if I could have gotten clear info. Apparently there is an undisclosed $29 or $30 fee (number kept changing) when you sign up for a membership. This is not on the website or on the price sheet I was shown. The whole interaction was so sketchy we finally walked out.

I give this tanning salon 5 stars for an extremely clean facility, strong customer service from almost all workers, and very high quality products and equipment. You can see the owners want to provide the best experience for each client. They have succeeded! I will not tan ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Tanning was nice but there were several times the employees would be rude. Several employees were very aggressive about selling promotion deals and buying lotions from the store. One even insulted the tanning lotion I used while we were walking back to the room, which made me super uncomfortable. Also very under staffed most of the time I’d go in. The vibe of this location needs to change.
