I went in with such positive feelings. During Covid lockdown, I developed a rash or breakout, Dr. Lockman who is affilliated with Signature, recommended IPL. I started that and went through 4 treatments, noticing very little difference, the redness continues. To be very honest, I paid 400 per treatment.

I have been going to signature medical spa for several years now and they never disappoint. I have had lash extensions to micro-needling done (specifically by Kelly) and have always enjoyed my experience. Kelly and the other staff are very professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to give quality service. At the beginning, I liked the service for the hair removal that made me keep coming back. However, today, I called earlier in the morning to confirm my appointment because I never got any responses like text messages. Then, they told me that they don”t have my name down my future appointment, even if I made sure that I did make the appointment with people on the phone for two weeks ahead of time and also it is my third time for the hair removal. They said they would contact me back but they never did. I called for the second time, they were still not able to do anything and again we will contact you back. I’m very disappointed with the systems and carelessness with customers. I mean, if you are not able to contact back please say so. Thanks to all the experiences with the service that I got. It made me not want to come back and not sign up for the next treatment course again.

She took the time to talk to me and she listened to me and explained everything. I scheduled my procedure right then. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind, compassionate, and professional. I would like to give a shout out to Paige who was the first person I saw when entering the office. She is very polite and attentive to everyone as they come in.
