I just got my eyebrows burnt off. I wish I could upload pictures to warn people. All the other reviews are great so idk why this happened to me but I am so upset. My skin around my eyebrows is completely burnt off. Bright red and it hurts. I called and the lady said that’s normal and to use ice … but I get my eyebrows done once a month and I’ve never had this happen to me. This was my first time going here… and I got my face burnt off.
