The place is well kept and the staff is friendly and tries to learn your name. Susan is amazing. The standing beds were out of order a few times but we’re good otherwise. We tried the infrared heat wraps, but they weren’t effective for either of us and one of the wraps were not working.

Sienna is a happy and welcoming place! The staff is wonderful and very helpful! I have been tanning here for over two years and I have never had a problem!! Not only is the staff friendly the salon is amazingly clean! I have never tanned in a room that was not spotless. One of my favorite things about Sienna Tan is that the staff knows their products.. you can ask them anything and they will usually have the answer! They have an awesome variety of lotions and they are at prices I can actually afford!! Sienna is awesome!!!!

Sienna Tan is by far the most professional balanced with extremely friendly staff in the Ft Collins area. They stay up to date with new tanning products, both UV and Sunless, and their prices are absolutely competitive along with having great fun specials. What has kept me coming back to Sienna Tan? Their staff. Having a clean, up-to-date salon is very important, but a staff that doesn’t push you beyond your personal tanning desire while being extremely friendly is what keeps me at Sienna. Coming from a small town in the Midwest to a bigger town here in Colorado I am always extremely impressed when I find a company that makes me feel like I am at home.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. However, the beds seem to be a little older. I recently moved here and have had memberships at several other salons and have always lucked out with newer/higher end equipment. I did notice that their Matrix bed is top notch. After having my membership for a week I asked to upgrade my membership to begin tanning in the Matrix bed, fully willing to pay the monthly difference in the memberships. Unfortunately, I was told that I’d need to repay the start-up membership fee of $79. What?!

I’ve been tanning at Sienna Tam for years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They have the best beds, and the most natural spray tans compared to anywhere else I’ve gone. I always receive exceptional service from the employees, especially Bri. She is always very kind, remembers who I am and offers great advice when it comes to products and services. I recently moved to Fort Collins from Los Angeles so I was a little apprehensive on finding a tanning salon out here. Other reviews I had read of places were terrible. I happened to stumble upon Sienna Tab. I went in to inquire about pricing and how their systems work. The girl helped me and she was very sweet and not pushy with what kind of package would work for me. They offer many options for if you only want to tan a few times to if you want a membership. The pricing is more than reasonable as well.

This tanning salon is great! I got a tanning package here before a vacation to Spain. They have a variety of beds that are all great. I also tried a spray tan for the first time at Sienna and I loved it. It looked so natural! Everyone is really friendly and helpful there. It is an all-around pleasant experience. I will be using them again before I go to Hawaii this summer!

I used this tanning salon to help me get tan for the Miss Colorado pageant, and ended up getting a membership. Every time I went to this location I was greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. I rarely have to wait for a bed, and when I do people are accommodating and try to get you in as fast as possible!

I had a great experience with Sienna Tan on Laurel Street this past month when I decided to go to get a base tan before spring break. The location was very convenient, as I could walk from my home and from campus. The staff was very knowledgable about what packages I could get and were welcoming and friendly. They did not push me in to purchasing what I didn’t want, and I was able to use a coupon and received a very affordable deal on four tans. The rooms were clean and airy, and the entire atmosphere was relaxing and open! I will definitely be back at Sienna Tan.
