Sibo Hair Braiding

Critical: ProfessionalismI will not be returning. I called ahead to ask how much they charge for two feed in braids. I was told $50. I got two very short small braids in addition, on the side and was charged $65 when my service was finished. I have medium length natural hair. I did not completely blow my hair out, but that wasn’t unusual as every other shop that I have gone to has always finished the blow out. Josie made a huge deal in front of the entire shop about my hair not being blown out. She made me blow my own hair and came in to finish the job when Mama Sue asked her why she wasn’t doing it. She had a look of pure disgust on her face when she was blowing my hair. She embarrassed me in front of the entire shop. This has NEVER happened to me at any other shop. She tried to smooth it over at the end, but the damage was done. My braids don’t match exactly because they were gossiping and raising hell about a co-worker who wasn’t there and she kept stopping to engage in the gossip. One was even using profanity. I will not be returning. I called ahead to ask how much they charge for two feed in braids. I was told $50. I got two very short small braids in addition, on the side and was charged $65 when my service was finished. I have medium length natural hair. I have been coming to Sibo for years and Mariama is my “Go To Braider” when she is not available I go to Nadine… They are BOTH very gentle, polite, and always gets me right, they also take their time with my thick hair and does not snatch my edges out. The shop is clean and well kept. You won’t be disappointed, so thankful for these ladies ♥️

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid $280 for knotless small-medium braids waist length ombre and I can say that they look horrible. Dee the individual the did my hair the first time made big parts in my hair in which it did not look full at all and I have a lot of hair. She rushed my hair period and made it seem like she was , right.She offered to redo and fix the back of my hair, but they did a poor job to fix it. They back of my hair still have large parts. I commend the owner and two ladies that helped, but Dee should not be doing hair. The fact that I had to come back and she was rude about it when I got there and explained what was wrong. I kept explaining to them if it’s extra I will pay for quality, but they refuse.The first time I came to the shop I enjoyed the quality of the work, but now I would not be returning. Very unprofessional place to be in. I will just take the hair out and have someone else do it. I pray for them all.
