Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am usually not so fond of writing reviews but this lady’s behavior during all three visits, compelled me to write one There is one lady who is very rude. I have been there three times and she was there all the time I went there. None of experience was good. I don’t know about other staffs but this review is directed to her, not the store overall. She is always in a hurry to finish even when there are no customers waiting, and my eyebrows not threaded properly. Once, I was pulling my lower Eyelids with my left hand fingers and because of oil in my face, it kept slipping. She told me not to do so in a very rough way. I wish I could explain more about this, I felt like she was scolding for doing a big mistake. Another time, her body was pulling my strands of hair time and again and I told her nicely that I m feeling uncomfortable, she did not even care to say sorry. Her tone of voice is very rude, doesn’t even greet people properly. However, her tone of voice is softer and nice suddenly when it’s time to pay (May be for the tip). And also, she keeps playing Indian movies in loud volume in her phone that’s annoying . I am usually not so fond of writing reviews but this lady’s behavior during all three visits, compelled me to write one There is one lady who is very rude. I have been there three times and she was there all the time I went there. None of experience was good. I don’t know about other staffs but this review is directed to her, not the store overall.
