Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis has been my nail shop for the last few months never had issues with service but I went in Wednesday,11/24/21 , They did an okay job on my pedicure but it was a problem doing my nails. The one who did them really acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. The other 2 techs were not helpful in trying to find a solution or help with the language barrier between me & the one doing my nails. I should have left then but I stayed. I had rhinestones put on 2 of my fingers . I paid $106 for my nails & pedicure. Within 2 hours of leaving, rhinestones were already falling off and I noticed they are crooked. Overall it was a bad experience, and a waste of time and money. Plus they are almost never on time opening. This has been my nail shop for the last few months never had issues with service but I went in Wednesday,11/24/21 , They did an okay job on my pedicure but it was a problem doing my nails. The one who did them really acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. Yo the service was excellent and it was a lot of people constantly coming in, they handled everything very professionally, and the work was to everyone liking. The guy who did my nails was really funny, and attentive.

This nail salon is rude. The pedicure lady half did my feet, didn’t scrub any dead skin off and still charged me full price! Very slow and only have 5 people working in the facility. Very unprofessional! The amount of time I spent in here was unacceptable

I have been going to this place for years and never have I felt disrespected like I was today. I always get my nails done by the same person but today the older one did my nails and she was horrible. Then she overcharged me and caught an attitude when I asked about it. She always have a nasty attitude that’s why I get my pedicures done somewhere else because she does a horrible job on those too. I have no idea why she’s still there but this shop will lose a lot of service because of her nasty attitude.

The pedicures are always bad and your nails break quickly or the acrylic is coming off the side of your nail. I will never come back to this shop again!! If you’re in the Whitehaven don’t bother with this place!

First time visiting because I was in the area. Didn’t wanna drive all the way to my usual spot. They never greeted us when we came in just asked “what we getting”, it was only 3 of them in there. No one ever talked or said much of anything other than to each other. For instance, I thought she wanted my feet out of the water and she pushed my foot back roughly instead of saying it. When we finished she asked “you want manicure or no”, I said um no(because I was gonna get one at first but I don’t want another service), she said “ok 30$ go over here. Usually they help grab my shoes or purse or jacket or something while transferring to dry my feet. She just stood over there by it and kept saying “30 dolla “. She did a decent job on my feet. But I like a wholesome friendly environment. The one I go to In midtown is awesome. Services are higher but it’s worth it. They remember me every time I come. They are very talkative, they ask do we want them to take a picture of us etc… much prettier and cleaner. And it’s like 15 of them working in there! Lol. Good news is she did a decent job and it was cheaper than most. But I definitely won’t be back.

I returned to Lee & Kate this evening. Their conversations & their humor are very welcoming. I truly enjoyed getting my pedicure performed. My favorite part is getting the deep digging & the cuticle clipping from the sides of my big toes. My nails are absolutely beautiful
