My massage therapist was Toko. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. She got every knot and area that post therapists had neglected, nor did she hit a bone once. She fixed so much within 30 min. I also enjoyed the massage table with the cooling pad around the face, and the heating pad on the rest of the table.

If you’re looking for a great deep tissue massage, I highly recommend TOKO. She worked at the muscle knots consistently and did not miss a single area. I’ve had so many massages from different places and her accuracy and strength was by far the best. If you experience chronic pain from myofascial trigger points, give TOKO a try.

I should have read the reviews before scheduling a massage here. Worst experience ever from a very tired young lady who didn’t have the strength nor desire to do her job. The treatment package was a joke with her facial treatment consisting of a mask that left my face dripping wet with no actual massage or even towel to wipe it clean. The foot treatment also involved almost no massage. The 70 minute full body massage skipped my middle back and shoulders completely while barely touching the neck or head. Combined with the fact the actual massage area with its blinding lights in your face resemble an interrogation or operating room more than a peaceful calming space for massage, and this place sets a record for me as the worst ever by a mile. My complaints afterwards were responded with an immediate 20% discount and an explanation making it clear the establishment was aware their employee giving me the massage was tired from a long day of work and studies and blamed building management for the bright lights rather than their own ineptness at remedying an easily resolved situation. Avoid this place. There are far too many better places for a quality massage in Honolulu at these prices

I went in for a facial, it was so amazing and so relaxing. The lady I had was super nice and did a wonderful job and made sure I was comfortable. I do have sensitive skin and all their products that she used didn’t make my skin flare up. Had an absolutely wonderful experience!

Decided to visit Shiatsu & Massage Center while on vacation and it’s the best massage I’ve had in years! I received a Swedish massage from Matt and his hands are magic. Perfect pressure the entire time and super relaxing. Definitely worth a visit and ask for Matt.

My husband and I had a great reflexology there! They were able to fit us in for a walk-in appointment. The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet and the masseuses were professional and friendly. Pressure was on point. Already want to go back!

I’ve gotten a ton of massages over the years. There was no consistency in the massage. The lady ended up hurting me more then she did help. They also put my friend and I in the same room for our massage, which was strange because we didn’t ask for that. Nor was it a couples massage. Would not recommend
