Swedish massage
60 min. Swedish massage is a whole-body therapeutic massage treatment that works the soft tissues and muscles to help restore health – creating a calming and balancing effect on the nervous system.		$70.00
Deep tissue massage
1.5 hour. Deep tissue massage is a great stress reliever Reduces Pain Lowers Blood Pressure and Heart Rate Breaks Up Scar Tissue & Makes Movement Easier Reduces Arthritis Symptoms Rehabilitates Injured Muscles Helps With Labor and Delivery		$110.00
Foot massage
15 min. Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist.		$15.00
Sauna
60 min. Come to relax, enjoy peaceful music while cleansing your body from inner toxins coming from environment or even stressful emotions and anxieties… Time includes shower. Bring flip-flops, bathing suit, toiletries. We will provide towels. If you prefer your own, feel free to bring it.		$60.00
Sauna & Swedish Massage
What is better than to sweat out some toxins from your body in sauna and then relax in soothing massage? Come and try this excellent combo. You can extend sauna to 60 min and then massage 60 min or 1.5 hour.		$110.00
Myofascial Release
1.5 hour. MR is gentle and profoundly effective. Clients experience increased physical, mental, and emotional balance in addition to pain relief and improved posture. Treatment sessions include a review of pertinent medical history, visual assessment of posture and movement patterns and treatment.		$110.00
Health counselor
Health Coaching: 10-Day Rejuvenating Program
Initial session is free, based on which your Health Coach will offer you a program tailored to your individual situation. Final price is agreed upon.
3 Months Journey To Fight Inflammation
If you are serious and really want to see long term results, then a 3-month journey is much better for you than 10-day boost. 1) It takes time to develop new and good habits. 2) you won’t go only through cleanse and detox but also into restoration of good digestion. Price is discussed.

Nice, cozy space. Easy to find location. Ludo is really talented! He totally tuned into what I needed and focused on the areas I asked him to. The pressure was perfect and he was always checking if I was comfortable. He used these hot salt rocks for the massage and they were amazing, not too hot. Bottom line, it’s a great place with great people running it. I absolutely recommend it. They also offer sauna services that I intend to check out next time!!

I am so lucky to have found Ludo on this site. He genuinely cares about my well being and he goes beyond what I expected of him to help me. He always checks in with me and holds me accountable. I was also lacking in my faith and I wanted to work on that area but I didn’t know how, but Ludo has given me a course designed to help me learn more about God and what I can do to be a more loving person. The videos are truly inspirational and makes me want to get to action. And every time we meet he holds me accountable. I would recommend Ludo to anyone over any therapist out there.

I had a wonderful two hours at Shepherd’s Touch. I spent 45 minutes in the sauna then had an hour long massage. There is a warm and welcoming atmosphere, everything was well organized and clean and the massage (with hot stones) was just what i needed. He checks in with you regularly re: pressure used. I would highly recommend!
