Shelley has an AAS in General Studies and is a 1989 graduate of Dr. Welbes College of Massage Therapy, 2017 honors graduate of Metropolitan Community College, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She began her study in massage therapy at Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln. After graduating, she began instructing Massage Therapy Ethics 1989-1992. Shelley is trained in Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage, Reiki and has her Yoga certification. She has a passion working with Sports Massage, Acute & Chronic Pain, and specialized in working with Boxing and UFC Professional Athletes. Shelley has a healing gift for over 30 years with each therapy session being unique. Massage therapy benefits are endless.
