Took my nephew to get his hair cut here since the normal place we go to was closed. We had to wait a moment cause the lady had to go get towels. When she arrived she asked “so who is getting there hair cut?” We said “The baby” The baby is almost 14 months. She immediately seemed irritated when we told her, then she said, “so who’s holding him?” My sister said, “I will” The lady then said what’s he getting done” My sister said, “fauxhawk”. The lady then asked “how does he do with buzzers?” My sister said, “I’m not sure, he’s 1” The lady then places a cape on my sister and a cape on my nephew. She hands my nephew a comb and starts trying to cut his hair. He’s one and he starts freaking out, she gets a clip in here and a clip in there. Another lady walks in with straight rudeness and says “do I need to leave, if he’s gonna act like that I wouldn’t even fight it,” this other lady is someone that work there. Then the lady cutting my nephews hair says, “oh I’m not, I’m about done.” She then says to us, “I can’t cut his hair with him acting like this. Y’all can come back later or another day but I won’t be here tomorrow.” His hair looked awful after she got done. I can not believe any hair salon would allow anyone to walk out of their establishment like that. I’m never going to have that problem again. Next time we will stick with our regular places. I wouldn’t take my dog to this place, she might move too much for them. SMH

I’ve been getting my haircut here for years and I walked in there today and ask for a Bob cut and she shakes her head no . I was shocked, no one was doing anything! I’ve never been refused service! This saddens me cause I will never return! I’m sorry Johnny! Haircut
