Made a 9am appt with Carlos to get my sons hair cut. Arrived at 855. Door locked. No one showed up until 915 (not Carlos). The other barber unlocked the door. Didn’t acknowledge that I was standing there or say hello. I was carrying a car seat and trying to get a toddler in the door and he shut the door on us, then half opened it back up without saying anything. Told him we had a 9am appt with Carlos and he said he didn’t know where he was, “call him”. I sent Carlos a text and said we are cancelling our appt. He didn’t apologize or anything. Said when would you like to reschedule? My husband called him after this and Carlos threatened to come here to beat him, calling him motherf****r etc…. And claiming to be a cop, saying he was going to come to our house and have him arrested.

I am white and my friend had reccomended this place for me. I was pleased with my haircut , but my friend was over charged 5.00$ even though he was 16 . On top of that he didnt even get the haircut he desired and when he told the person cutting his hair he needed change he replied “It was 20$ ” even though he came out looking worse than before . this place is a great place , but the person who should be held responsible is Derrick the one who cut his hair

Clean place. But very unprofessional. Instead of the girl saying she didn’t want to do hair she ask me to come back at 6:30 and I came back and all of a sudden simthing came up. I wasted my time but its cool il take my money and time else where. I mean you could have been straight up and just said I dint feel like it. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
