It’s a friendly place and the skill of cutting hair is well represented. It’s relaxing and the staff is always asking if their customers are happy with the cut.

Six months after an absolutely horrible and incredibly overpriced experience, my hair is still completely ruined despite many repairing treatments No business should charge someone for their attempts to fix their own (ugly!) mistake. The fact that none of my grievances have been met with even the slightest form or acknowledgment or apology, (let alone getting any of my $300 back after they’ve ruined 3+ FEET of my hair) is absolutely unacceptable. Do not go here unless you like incompetence and the idea of coming out of a salon uglier.

I had my hair highlighted and trimmed by Brookelynne. This was a first time visit with this stylist, second visit overall. Brookelynne was pleasant, communicated very well, a great listener and worked diligently to help me achieve what I was looking for; and she did so exceptionally. She was a pure delight to be in her chair for two hours. My daughter had her first visit with her and I can’t wait till she gets home and shows me the results. I highly recommend her and the overall salon.

The hair stylists are talented, friendly and experienced. They cater to customers and schedule appts per suggested guidelines so there is no waiting. They also have nice earrings and scarves. The manicurists are skillful and very amiable. I love this place.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in about a week ago looking for a fun, all-over color. Found a photo that was 100% what I wanted, and showed that both in a consultation and in the initial coloring appointment. My stylist proceeded to ask a bunch of questions that led her to give me something entirely different, no matter how I communicated or how many times I showed her the image. At the end of the appointment, I expressed disappointment, and she admitted that I was a “quinea pig” and that she would fix it if I called and decided I didn’t like it, which is exactly what I did. Another appointment, a few more oddly confusing conversations, and over $200 total later my hair is still weird and not what I asked for, but at least wearable. This should not have happened in the first place – I should have been told in my consultation appointment that what I wanted was not within the stylist’s abilities. Regardless, I should not have been charged for my stylist having to FIX my “Guinea Pig” results. I would have refused to pay at the time if I wasn’t so tired dealing with the atmosphere.Service: HairstylingWent in about a week ago looking for a fun, all-over color.
