Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been going to this salon for nearly 4 years and have always been thrilled with the results. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else.I would like to address an incident from my appointment today, and provide my side of the story, of @Katherine Davis. See her review above, which is totally untrue. I was the only client in the salon, when she came in the front door. Her posture suggested that, somehow this salon already didn’t measure up. When she was greeted, and asked how they could help her, her response was: “It says I am checked in.” Perhaps that is how it worked at your last salon, but at this small salon, everybody does everything. No one sits and monitors text messages.When you were invited to your chair, you told your stylist: I don’t like your attitude. What attitude?? You were greeted pleasantly and asked to your spot. When asked what you wanted done, you insulted the stylist and said you were leaving. From the point of view of another customer, my dear, you were the one with the attitude.
