What can I say about Crystal at Shear Envy Salon other than she is the absolute best!! My mom who doesn’t live in the area is a hairstylist and it is difficult when your mom has always done your hair to trust someone else to do your hair and to do it right. I have never been anything but highly pleased and impressed when Crystal does my hair. She also cuts my husband’s hair and my son’s hair, and they love her. She is patient, kind, honest, understanding, and pays a lot of attention to detail. We all get comments on our hair when out and about asking where did you get your hair cut or colored. I would highly recommend anyone of any hair type to Crystal! You will NOT be disappointed!!

This salon owner is despicable. I went in for a trim and highlight. First of all 3 and a half inches is no trim. She also compromised my hair by over processing. It feels like hay. She proceeded to tell me that it would soften in a few days and lay better. All lies. She got extremely rude and unprofessional when I mentioned I wasnt happy with how it felt.I will never again set foot in that salon. I suggest nobody else do either unless you want your hair ruined. She also had an odor about her that was really off-putting. Her name was Crystal. I haven’t used anyone else there just the owner but im devastated after my experience. I will not be returning. I didn’t even want to review it, but I think others should know how terrible of an experience it was.
