Got my hair colored and cut I showed the stylist what I wanted she said she could get the brass out and didn’t put enough blonde in the front looked nothing like what I wanted at all I asked her to make it right and she refused and was completely rude to me when I texted her about it during are text she became completely unprofessional calling me disrespectful for asking her to please make it right or refund me I was not rude to her biggest waist of 165 dollars I would not ever go back or recommend this salon biggest disappointment and most uncomfortable experience I have ever had I have had a few styles in the past mess up my hair but they always made it right but not from this salon but I will say she did do a good job on my hair cut that I will give her I even told her I felt bad to even ask about this because I don’t like conflict but this was one of the worst experiences I have had with a stylist
