Wanted to like this place as it seemed like a convenient spot at Southland mall. Eyebrow work was nice, but their business practices are disconcerting enough to never come back.

bad customer service I went inside it was my first time trying out the place the lady gave me a weir look that made me feel uncomfortable I ask her a question since it was my first time I started walking to the chairs section waiting for her to offer me help or tell me more about the business but no she goes “ are you okay because I see you walking around the store” I got offended honestly because I work for customer service and to me that felt like she assumed I looked suspicious or I was trying to steal something from there maybe I took it the wrong I don’t know but I will never go back somewhere where I don’t feel welcome.

I love this place but why do they always force you to join the membership program with them, I just want a walk-in, no appointment needed but I guess it interferes with their regular Costumers who have a membership. But I still love them. Ever since I moved to Hayward I’ve been going to this place to get my eyebrows done and so far I’m impressed. But I wish they had a soothing Aloe Vera treatment for after your done, or at least massaged your eyebrows after the threading procedure because I feel so raw when I walk out. And I would recommend to go when you have a lot of time on your hands, never when your in a rush. Another place I would recommend would be another eye brow place at Hilltop Mall.

So I’ve been here before and the service was pretty great I just walked in and asked for my eyebrows to be thinner because they were getting to thick and last time they didn’t thin them out. The girl rolled her eyes, proceeds to threading my eyebrows and pulls off a chunk of hair and claims I have a gap I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and threaded before and I’ve NEVER had a gap there. She should be thankful I still paid because I shouldn’t have paid for the horrible service. She had the nerve to say it’s the shape of my eyebrows and not take responsibility. I will not be coming back it is the last time because that is just ridiculous. It’s the skinny young looking girl with thick eyebrows always has an attitude don’t go to them, They are very unprofessional.

They are way too expensive! It cost me $13 plus a 40 cent card fee to get my eyebrows threaded. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 5 years and now I’ll never step foot in this no good place. Yes, I know you have to make a profit, but really? I will not refer anyone to this unprofessional place. When it’s people behind you they give you a rush job. I shouldn’t have to go home to fix things they didn’t do because they rushed me out. I will not give you the satisfaction to mess up my eyebrows ever again.

I have bushy eyebrows and extremely picky. So if you’re anal with your eyebrows don’t come to this place. They just ” clean up” your brows way too quick and are sloppy. So try to avoid this place or just do them yourselves. You’re probably better off.
