Service quality is dependent on who is doing your nails. I went yesterday for a dip manicure and I ended up with cuts on the cuticles of 6 out of 10 fingers, a cut at the top of where my nail meets my finger, and wonky shaping on the outer nails. I had two different manicurist the 4 previous times I went here and had no complaints, they did a great job. I wish I knew their names so that I could request them next time and I wish I knew the name of the women who did a not so great job yesterday so I could tell you to avoid her.

Me and my mother booked an appointment for 10 and 10:30. When we arrived we told the employees we had an appointment and the moment she heard us she told us that it was supposed to be 9:30 and 10 (which was not true) and that they booked someone else. She was very rude and didn’t offer to rebook or anything else after lying about our appointment time. We got there right at 10, so even if we missed one appointment we should have still made the other. Horrible customer service. The shop was almost empty.

Staff was very nice, but unfortunately this was one of the worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. Got a full acrylic set and the nail tips were too small so there are gaps on both sides of nails, some of the nails are lifted and the nail polish wasn’t smooth, and the top of the nails were uneven.

The staff was friendly, the shop was clean. My only complaint is that my nails only look ok. I got acrylic tips with gel polish. My technician did give me what I asked for, but my tips are a bit too thick. I didn’t notice right away, but wish she had filed them down more.

Hands down the best pedicure I’ve EVER had came from this place. They do such a nice job, very efficiently at that, and they’re CLEAN! Not overly expensive, and everyone there is just, super friendly. They take time to get to know YOU and what you need so they can accommodate and service you as best as they can. You can’t beat that! I highly recommend this place.

I went there at 4pm for a full set and as soon as I told them “I need a full set” they said “were busy”….now I don’t mind waiting but they basically turned me away the second I walked in. Their door says “walk ins welcome”….so it was a big bummer. But I have gotten my nails done a few times there and they did a great job. Just rude honestly.

I just had a pedicure here and it was flawless. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed and did a good job polishing my toes. Will definitely be returning. The only bad thing is they don’t have tons of non gel colors.
