Advanced Anti-Aging Rituals
This collagen-rich formula corrects the first signs of aging, fine lines, as they begin to appear. Our welcome massage will relax you and is following with a cleansing ritual that has been adapted to your skin type.
Aromatherapy
Using essential oils made from flowers herbs barks roots peels and petals this massage is created to ease stress, anxiety and depression. Stimulate your senses with a signature blend of essential oils mixed specifically for your needs.
Couples Massage
Life’s greatest experiences are meant to be shared, and who better to share a soothing hour-long massage with than your partner in life? Island Salt and Spa invites you to schedule an indulgent couples massage at Island Salt and Spa where you’ll enjoy deep relaxation thermal therapy and each other’s company.
Deep Tissue and Sports Massage
Very similar to our classic Swedish massage this treatment focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and fascia. Next the massage works on breaking down adhesions thereby increasing your range of motion. People who enjoy a heavier touch, suffer with injuries, or have repetitive movement jobs will most benefit from this type of massage.
Hot Stone Massage
This massage uses smooth flat heated rocks that are placed on key areas of your body. This will allow associated muscles to relax on a deeper level. Your therapist incorporates these stones in conjunction with your massage to create a deeper more relaxing experience.
Prenatal Treatment
The benefits of massage for both moms-to-be and baby are amazing. Massage’s nurturing touch is so important during this time in a woman’s life. With so many physical and hormonal changes taking place at this time, body massage can help improve some of the symptoms such as muscular pain on joints, as well as stress on the pelvis and lower back. This marine algae wrap will harness seaweed’s incredible benefits. After your relaxing welcome massage,tension will melt away, and you’ll feel relaxed, ready for the next step. Your body will be exfoliated, and Thalgo’s patented seaweed body wrap applied. This wrap seals in moisture and infuses seaweed’s minerals, vitamins, and micro-nutrients directly into your body.
Thalgo Cold Cream Marine Body Ritual
Considered the ultimate nourishing body treatment, this treatment is ideal to restore comfort to dry and very dry skin. The Island Salt Facial
Look forward to receiving a relaxing welcome massage as your personalized Thalgo signature facial ritual begins. Next, your skin will be gently cleansed and exfoliated. This is followed by a serum that contains active marine ingredients and is applied through Thalgo’s Heart of the Ocean massage technique. I can’t believe I almost let this gift expire! That was due to a not so friendly phone experience way back in the beginning of the year. Having worked customer service sales over the phone for years, the first point of contact, the phone, is a huge factor for many businesses. From the reviews I would not have given them a shot.

I have read the reviews and most were negative about the front desk, I disregarded them. Today was my second and last time at this establishment. I had a facial, I paid and I asked for change (I had a $100 bill the nerve of me) and the “lady” at the front desk did not acknowledged me. I asked twice and her demeanor immediately changed. Just to add I just booked another facial adding to be $600. She started giving me nasty looks. I looked behind me towards their front window to see if I can find an ATM or something since I am not familiar with the area without saying one word to her and she started freaking out saying “ I don’t know what your problem is you are being disrespectful “ I turned and I replied I was looking for an ATM. She continued to belittle me I was actually in shock I just spend $300 and this is how these people are acting. ?? She finally gave change not until she kept saying they had such a busy day yesterday ( Saturday) and no one went to the bank she would have to leave a note for the owner. I asked for the owners name twice and she ignored me. After breaking the precious $100 bill she said nothing else. Not thank you goodbye anything. I felt very uncomfortable and for a minute I thought I was being pranked. This behavior is unacceptable and there must a culture that allows customers to be treated like garbage. My husband and I will never step a foot in this rude no manners place.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The woman who worked the front desk was very welcoming. I had the Island Spa treatment w/ Effie and a facial with Heidi. Both ladies were engaging, friendly, and highly professional. If you are looking to go somewhere to treat yourself and receive a high level of service, check this place out! Will definitely be back again!

While the massage I had there a few weeks ago was absolutely amazing and the therapist was friendly (just found out this is the owner). I had another service booked for the 6th. My 2 month old daughter wasn’t feeling well and I was taking her to the dr, I called to let them know earlier the she was up all night and wanted to come later but she still wasn’t well, so I called again to let them know I wanted to reschedule for a different date. They policy is to charge a fee for cancellations and I totally understood that but the woman Pam I spoke to wanted to take the remainder of my gift card for the cancellation. So rather than take care of my baby, they want me to show up there or lose the present I got for my birthday. No compromise. I don’t get time to myself often and was looking forward to this but couldn’t get anyone to come sit with the baby! The therapists are wonderful but the office staff, no so much! Just beware if you have a family emergency, you will be charged in full!

So disappointed, I was a repeat customer until Carla or Carol today had a bad day… I was trying to call and inform I was running late to my appointment and she was so unbelievably rude, after her lecturing me about the “disclaimer” when I booked online… she actually then told me that they don’t want my business, then charged my card, and hung up on me. I couldn’t believe it. You get what you give and she shouldn’t be answering the calls. Unbelievable.
