I’ve gone to this nail salon for over 10 years. I’ve tried to stick with the same person if I like the way the do my nails…I’ve always had wonderful results! If that person moves on I find a new person to do my nails! Yes there have been some people who did my nails that I didn’t care for but I tried someone new the next time! I currently have been using the same lady now for over a year! She is very good and I love the way she does my nails. I tend to notice a lot of the customers being extremely rude to these ladies! I feel bad for the workers some times! No one should have to deal with the rudeness they deal with! Place just was remodeled and it looks beautiful!

Don’t waste your time or money….. All they do is talk and laugh . They don’t care about their customers, I got a full set which I’m very embarrass to show . She burst my cuticles then painted all over them, my pinky nail is the longest, non of my nails is the same shape or length even though I wanted almond not forgetting my nail started falling off the fourth day. I never seen such poor attempt, I’ll never spend my money here again!

I should have looked at the reviews first before going there. I went in for a refill….Never in my life I had to ask the “nail technician” to redo my acrylic nails after putting two coats of gel nail polish. Even after she redid the acrylic I wasn’t happy. I just wanted to walk away. I went from wanting gel nail polish to regular nail polish just so I can fix it on my own and not have to stair at that gel nail polish. The lady was trying to tell me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Another thing!!! She wouldn’t stop talking to her colleagues and not focus on her work. Never been so disappointed! If I’m going to pay money for services it needs to be done right. I’m sorry. I would never go their again.

Just terrible. The service, took 2.5 hrs to complete this. Rushed. When I asked to fix things the tech lady told me no. Manager cursed out entire staff in front off full store of customers. 85$ for what was suppose to be gel coffin shape. Literal air bubbles underneath. Crooked. Misshapen. Polish came off my toes less then 24hrs. By 48hrs 4 toes had no polish. As you can see. Over chargers for sloppy sloppy work. Feet still rough like I was playing rocks. A dam shame. Absolutely horrible! Feet and nails: $120. I have never seen such horrible work! My feet and nails look like a kindergartener did them. The technician had to redo them and they actually came out worse the second time. I am disgusted!!! DO NOT GO THERE. They need more training and up-to-dare practices. I’ve never seen such horrible nail technicians in my life—and they truly don’t understand one’s discontent. It looks good in there—but it is absolutely the worse experience you can imagine at a nail salon. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOURSELF FROM PURE FRUSTRATION. The picture doesn’t show the full extent of messiness. Each mail had a different shape. The acrylic was piled on my nails. And the technician caused two fingers to bleed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst nail salon I’ve ever been to.They absolutely butchered my daughter’s nails. She had 7 long nails (her own) and three short nails. They also took her money, $37, and sent her home with her nails not done, telling her to come back the next day. I take her back and she calls me 10 minutes later telling me I could pick her up. When I say I was furious, I WAS FURIOUS. The guy who did her nails insisted that he put acrylic on her broken nails, but he didn’t because they were broken off. He claimed to have used gel polish, but it looked like dollar store polish and he got polish all over her fingers and hands. He didn’t file or buff her nails. The worst part is he asked her to pay another $15!!! THAT’S WHEN I WENT OFF! Never go to this salon. THEE ABSOLUTELY WORST NAIL SALON ON 69th STREET. Tell you 15 min wait really 3 hours wait. This is the 3rd time they have done this. Not only will they have you wait, when you finally get you in the seat, the nail tech are at this point blind, nails are uneven, rough with your hands, they don’t understand how to do simple designs like French. They are so rude, lazy and slow.
