The art of a simple manicure and attention to detail was not present. Maybe it was that the nail polish was too thick and the staff kept having to thin it out. Then a different nail polish should have been used. I am from out of town and read reviews. This one had many reviews but shocked that the manager didn’t even ask how my experience was leaving… I would have told him. The manicurist didn’t ask if I was happy with the results, just lead me to have the nails dried and continued with next customer… felt very much like the customer was not important. I don’t mind paying good money for a service, which I did, as long as it feels worth it. This one was not

I absolutely love this nail salon. They saved my nails. I attempted to do my own nails for the first time and I didn’t do so great. I needed professional help. I don’t know the name of the woman that did my nails but she is very very nice. We chuckled over how my nails were when I got there. They were definitely a site to see. She made them beautiful again and I really love the quality.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI was visiting from out of state and wanted to take my DIL & 3 granddaughters (ages 18, 14, & 5) for a mani pedi. Lt Royal was one of the few salons in Terre Haute that could accommodate 5 people. I was very impressed with this salon. They were so cute with my youngest granddaughter who was a little hesitant with the whole process. The Disney princess corner they have was adorable. The whole process took about 2 hours. We got gel manicures and regular polish for the pedicures. What has impressed me the most is it has been 11 days and none of my nails are chipping or peeling, and they didn’t even sand them before application. All of the staff were great. I appreciated the liners they put in the foot bath. I was visiting from out of state and wanted to take my DIL & 3 granddaughters (ages 18, 14, & 5) for a mani pedi. Lt Royal was one of the few salons in Terre Haute that could accommodate 5 people. I am absolutely heartbroken to have to leave this review ….. I just have come from having my daughter and her friends special pedicure appointment for there dance tomorrow …. And our experience was totally ruined …. First of all I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for 5-6 pedicures we walk in and the chairs are full of customers most likely walk ins ….. we didn’t get seated until 6:40 ….. I was the last one to get mine in the water …. My daughter was wearing my VS PINK Black and white sweatpants the girl doing her nails (super sweet by the way) ended up spilling dark red burgundy polish on my daughters pants right on the white part she proceeded to try to blot it out idk if she ended up rubbing it in but they are totally ruined ….. I’m steaming at this point and honestly in all the years I’ve been getting my nails done have NEVER had anything like this happen … I go up to pay and I’m trying to tell the woman I believe that is the owner what’s going on and the man that did my nails is standing there loudly over and over repeating $85 $85 $85 and holding his hand out !??? Like what do you think I’m going to do run out ?? My daughter is still under the fan getting her nails dried come on !!! You would think they would have offered to comp my daughters nails or make it right in some way but no ….. I end up spending $90 and having my $55 VS pink sweets ruined what a lovely memory !!!

I usually go to another nail salon in Terre Haute, but I really loved LT Royal Nails! My experience was so fantastic. They were timely and provided education about the health of my nails! I love my new dip manicure!!!
