I have been coming here monthly (sometimes more frequently) for 1 1/2 years. I love it. I have had several different women do the massages. Each is a bit different but they do a fantastic job. They can be gentle or massage much harder and I never feel sore the next day after the massage. Highly recommend!

This was the absolute best massage I have ever had. If you’re looking for a happy ending keep looking. This isn’t one of those places. If you want a really good massage this is the place. Here on vacation it’s right across from the hotel. The woman who massaged me was fantastic. From the basic massage followed by hot stones, foot massage and it was slightly over the 60 minutes. No idea why some one would give this place less than 5 stars. Maybe a different masseuse. The young lady did give me her name. It was something starting with M but with her mask on and I do not do well with accents I didn’t get it. She was the absolute best. My only regret is that I’m here on vacation. If she was local to me I’d be here once a week.

My sister went there to get a massage and she kept telling the lady that she wanted her neck and head massaged. Well the lady completely ignored her or she didn’t understand what she was saying. There was a very big language barrier between both of them. Also we were both going to get 30 minute massages but then we would have to be there for over an hour bcuz she was the only person that worked there! She had to stop the massage twice bcuz customers came in and there was no one else there to greet them.

Critical: QualityI have always come to Serenity for the last 4 years plus. Well it has a change of ladies and the new lady I got tonight wasn’t good. It was nothing like I’ve always gotten from the many other personnel changes. So disappointing and only made me hurt more which has never happened to me. They use to do head to toe to fingertips and now, they only rub your back for at least 30 minutes and then your legs. Didn’t work out any knots anywhere on me and never had me flip over to do top of legs and arms and face. Worst message ever. So not worth what I paid to just get a skin rub down.
