I went in for a basic pedicure and I also needed to have my ingrown nails cut. Once I sat in the massage chair they kept pressuring me to get gel on my feet and other scented products. The basic pedicure comes with scented palette . I repeatedly told them I am here for “gel” I am here for my ingrown toenails cut. The nail technician kept treated rude by banging the foot platform and raised her voice. She was not aware that I understood what she said about me. I think this place does not show professionalism, especially when they get upset that you do not upgrade. I do not recommend this nail location. there are far too many others that provide really relaxing unpressured environment, and provide the best pedicures especially for ingrown toenails. I left there with my ingrown toenails still piercing my toes. And they kept showing me dried polish so I would upgrade. She almost did not want to work on my feet, and rushed me out without providing the services that I requested. I have been searching for a spa that I can go every two weeks and this is not the place. Not Recommended!!!!!

I’ve gone here the last few months and gotten black gel every time. My gel last me almost a month. I get my pedicure every other month and they are very clean and take their time to make sure my heels are smooth. The staff is very friendly and funny they give me a cup of coffee every time I come very nice people . Pedicure, Gel manicures

seriously can’t recommend this place enough. high quality nails every time without excessive waits if you don’t have all day to kill to get a set done. i’ve never left unhappy. the whole staff is great in my experience but i have to say, the beautiful young woman with the blonde highlights does incredible work! i think any negative reviews this establishment has is due to the type of people associated with the location. can’t expect much class from kissimmee residents because the professionalism, fair pricing, and genuine talent here has always made this spa an absolute pleasure to go to.

0 stars if i could! Terrible location for pedicures the gel does not last even 3 days until it started to come off! Ask for Acrylic on my big toe an that as well popped off in a week ! I paid $90 for the best pedi and they are so lazy and quick to get you out. They had 3 ppl over flow with the water. They dont even care to shape the toe nails how you want but expect attitude. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I GAVE THEM A 3rd CHANCE AND REGRET IT ONCE AGAIN !!!!

If I can give this 0 stars I will!!! The nails here are one of the worst I seen done. Bulky, bumpy, not like the design I showed at all, and just over all garbage. My daughter walked in and asked how much. She said 45 and once she was done she said 70. The nails worth was “free” since it looked like a student did them… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Worst location for pedicures they are quick to get you out do not expect a massage cause they just rub for 2 seconds and keep it moving.. will have u sitting for hours in the water. Worst gel ever!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo i came here recommended by a friend to do eyebrows with helen, however when I arrived at 6:30 the door was locked and i can see there are people inside with clients. On the front door it states they close at 7:30pm. So i knocked on the door to see if anyone can open for me. Everyone looks over to me and IGNORE me. I was confused as to why I was ignored and if for any reason they were closed early , I would have appreciated that one of the workers AT LEAST address me and let me know they were closed. but that did not happen. After knocking multiple times and being ignored. Finally a female worker got up and walked towards the door, here I thought finally someone was going to come to me and notify me why they are closed early or ANYTHING. but no. the lady comes to turn off the OPEN sign they had turned on during this entire situation and did a hand gesture for me to leave. This was beyond unprofessional and disrespectful and I am glad I know now that this business is horribly unprofessional and I will never go there again.
