I recommend highly that you DO NOT BOOK AT THIS SPA! I booked an entire half day of treatments for my partner and I more than 2 weeks ahead of time. It was a surprise gift for her. When I arrived on time for our appointments, however, the surprise was on me. They would not give me the treatments I had booked and tried effectively a bait and switch – no phone call or notice ahead of time — just popped it on us when we got there. Absolutely ruined a well though out gift and ended up causing a huge fight between us I have been to several spas in the Valley. Never have I seen such an unprofessional and horrendous operation. So if you are planning a special spa day for you and your partner, please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. I personally would never trust this place again.
