I started coming here because of a Groupon, the first appointment as other say it is a little pushy they try to sell you a lot more areas and a membership, which I end up buying. I wish they let u use your membership money towards laser hair removal and not just spa services. The laser is done at a different location than the spa but is very easy to find. I have had a great experience with the laser hair removal. I have done several areas already and will continue to do more. I have also done a couple massages and facials. The facial lady she is amazing, and the massage girl I had, she is very weak, had a deep tissue massage didn’t feel anything, but i was told to try a different girl. I still give this place 5 stars I will continue to go back.

I have been a member at Sanctuary Salon and Med Spa for a year now, and it has become my go to for all beauty services. I started off going for laser hair removal (which I’ve tried at other places with no success). They use medical-grade lasers, so I had amazing results after just one session. I’ve continued my treatments, which is easy since they always have appointments available, remaining flexible always working with my work schedule to fit me in. I now use them for hair cuts, facials, massages, in addition to my laser hair removal, making them my one stop shop! They have a monthly membership program which makes getting monthly treatments extremely affordable. I couldn’t be happier with my treatments and am truly so thankful for their wonderful customer service. Highly recommend!!

I came to the Sanctuary Salon and Med Spa looking to get my thick curly hair blown out and a couple of highlights put in. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. I was immediately greeted with the friendliest of staff and was offered refreshments while I waited. Fred took care of me and from the moment I sat in his chair, I felt like family. He listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver. Not only did he take his time and not rush, he created a friendship. I’m already looking forward to coming back. I would highly recommend this place for hair removal . Price is great service is amazing. The place was always neat and clean . Always smells like cleanliness.
