I usually like coming here to get my hair done but not anymore to say the least. While getting my services done another hair stylist was talking loudly about politics & I don’t know about you but I don’t want hear how the age for voting should go up and how people should be required to taking tests again in order to vote. Made me quite upset and uncomfortable to say the least. Opinions like that should be kept to yourself, not for the ENTIRE salon to hear.

Serenity Salon and Spa in Tracy is one of the best’s salons I’ve ever been to ! The people there are always so welcoming and kind. They not only do an amazing job on you’re hair but they also make sure you’re always comfortable while their working. Nicki Doty is my hairstylist there and she never fails to put a smile on my face and make sure I walk out with exactly what I wanted. I would 100% recommend going to this salon. They do an amazing job every time and you can relax and be comfortable there.

Had a great experience here overall had to give a 4 star due to a price disagreement. When I was charged 500 for one hair style I was a bit surprised. I wish that the pricing would’ve been discussed. I also went ahead and bought a hair product but have yet to hear back in regards to my question about the product so it’s been useless to me. Overall, they were very knowledgeable and kind and I would go back and get clarification on EVERYTHING I buy make sure to clarify on prices every step of the way. 11/10 on the hair though. I’ve never had someone do it so perfectly, and so informative about what they’re doing!
