I went for deep tissue work (I really needed it.) Not only is Stephanie a very kind person with a soothing energy, but she’s very good at what she does. Not many massage therapists have the capacity to go provide the pressure she does. She adjusts to your comfort level, but she is able to do pretty intense work if that’s what you want. She is great at communicating with you to find out your specific needs. I feel MUCH better than I did before the massage. Highly recommend.
