I’ve been a customer of Hand & Stone for over six years, visiting various locations in the Triangle area. The therapists have all been great, but the management at this a location leaves something to be desired. The worst experience I had occurred a couple of weeks ago, the customer service being so bad I’ve decided to end my membership.

This place is fantastic. Staff is friendly and professional. My massage by Chris was one of the best I’ve ever had. My facial, from Julie, was excellent and she made me feel very comfortable. She was also able to offer great advice. Will definitely go back when I’m in town.

I’m surprised but the less then 5 star reviews!… I find the therapists to be top notch. I make my next appointment before leaving ( I usually keep scheduled for the next two months) the facials are my favorite. The front desk staff is always knowledgeable and very helpful.

The staff was extremely polite and professional. My massage therapist did a great job. She aske me if there were any troubled areas I would like her to focus on and I mentioned my knees, shoulders and lower back. She did an amazing job and I still feel the results 3 days later. I definitely recommend this Hand and Stone to anyone, especially if you have a physically demanding job and the aches and pains that goes along with it. 5 out of 5 stars!

Highly disappointed in their customer service. I bought a $345 gift card for my wife. She had to cancel the appointment, and she tried calling for days in a row. She finally gets through the day before the appointment, and we get charged for not calling soon enough. There’s better massage places in the area who value their customers.

Had an issue for which my husband had to cancel last minute due to a household member testing positive for Covid the day of his appt. He didn’t want to expose anyone to Covid since he’d been exposed. We were charged for the appt. and felt that we shouldn’t have been. This issue was resolved and we were given a refund. He has always been happy with the services he gets there. I’ve enjoyed their facial service as well.

Treatment received was fine. No concerns. My issue is with management. I called three times to speak to a manager over a billing concern and was told all three times that a manager would return my call. It’s been 2 months. I’m still waiting. Never again.
