The salon is beautiful, but I’m writing this review mainly about Kiante, the massage therapist. She’s phenomenal. I’ve had other massages there and Kiante clearly stands out. She doesn’t rush, she asks very specific questions about what you’re looking for, and best of all she doesn’t talk the whole time.

Brought my husband here for a birthday massage while I got a pedicure. He said the masseuse was great and really did a deep tissue massage like he wanted. I found the pedicure chair super relaxing and the job well done. We both enjoyed the waiting area with a hot towel and beverage options like tea, water and champagne. We would definitely come back for a special occasion, great experience!

I just left Serenity in the City Medford and feel absolutely amazing! Alyssa gave me the best massage and offered tips on how to help relieve back pain at home, Brianna rejuvenated my feet with the most pleasant pedicure, and Karen gave me a luxurious wash and trim and shared her knowledge and expertise throughout. The atmosphere here is amazing. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive. I would definitely come back again.

Went in for an 80 minute massage with Kiante. Best massage I’ve had. She’s professional, knowledgeable and made me feel renewed. A true massage therapist. She also uses butter rather than oil so no greasiness after. The salon is beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been coming to Serenity in the City for years for hair cuts, waxes, facials, massages, manicures, and pedicures and I can’t say enough great things about them! I’ve loved every service I’ve gotten, and I buy gift cards for family and friends for holidays, birthdays and special occasions. They have high quality products and high quality staff. Truly an amazing spa experience!!!

Went here for a hydra facial and brow wax, had kelsey. She was amazing. I always have issues with my brows and she did them perfectly, exactly how I wanted. She was super sweet, easy to make conversation with and was very thorough with my facial. I don’t think she could have got more out of my pores if she tried! My skin is glowing and I feel so fresh and rejuvenated. 10/10, will 100% be going back here to kelsey for future services!
