For starters, when I walked in, I couldn’t really think straight from stress, pain, and so on. I got the 60 minute massage with hot stones. My massage therapist was Coral. She was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was incredibly thorough!! She didn’t rush, she was completely professional, she didn’t talk my head off the whole time, and most importantly she didn’t miss anything!!! I’ve had several massages before and usually 95% of the time I leave fairly disappointed. But not today!!! I left there out of pain and able to think completely clear, best massage I’ve ever had!! I highly recommend going to see Coral!

Got a couples massage today. Staff was very professional and the place is well kept but the massage was horrible. We pretty much left the place feeling cheated. It was barely an hour, they spend a lot of time talking in the beginning when we already completed one long questionerre in the beginning, it’s just a reason to cut short the massage session. Even though I explained to her what I wanted, she didn’t do a single thing that I asked her to do. Absolutely horrible massage. I know much better places than this. We will not be back here.

Keilani literally provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced over the phone. Not only did she have the audacity to say she refused to honor the Groupon I purchased because “corporate said so”. She had a terrible tone and made it clear she hates her life. The Groupon does not state anywhere that they do not accept weekend massage reservations. She indicated those who purchase Groupons are peasants and do not deserve a weekend massage at her establishment. Again her only rationale was “because corporate said so.” I will be letting everyone I know in DFW to stay away from this disaster of a Business.

Purchased a Groupon for a couples massage. When attempting to schedule, was told they do not honor Groupon deals on weekends even though there is zero mention of this detail when purchasing. My wife and I were both off work Friday and wanted to schedule but we’re told no couples massage slots were available then either. No attempt from management to accommodate. I was simply told to get a refund.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismReceived a couples massage there on Groupon. However, when we called to book the massage, they stated that the Groupon was not available on weekends (which was never displayed). When I called them out on it, they stated that they had told Groupon to add that note, but that they would honor the price. When we received the couple massage the actual massage was great, but the masseuses were very chatty and even told some very uncomfortable stories about their personal lives. It would have been much more relaxing, not to mention more comfortable, if they would have just let us have some peace and quiet. To add to our disappointment, when we got to checkout, one of masseuses was right there when we were asked about the percentage of gratuity to add and she even told us, mind you in a semi-joking way, for us to add 20%. So this was super uncomfortable situation on top of the very uncomfortable personal stories. Lastly, when we checked our credit card statement, they clearly did not honor the price on Groupon and it was nearly double.TLDR – actual massage was high quality, but everything else was sub par. I booked a service through ClassPass (which apparently was my first mistake) when I arrived, they told me something happened with the reservation and that ClassPass never reserved it. Understandable as ClassPass is a third party booking agency. The receptionist with the green hair apologized & said she would reschedule me and comp the service. Although it was never “comped” as ClassPass pays Massage Heights directly for the service. The day of my rescheduled appointment they called 2 hours before to reschedule (again) because the pre-natal therapist had an emergency. Again, understandable. Irritated at this point, but working in customer service myself, there was likely nothing that could be done. When I arrived at my 3rd rescheduled appointment, I reminded the receptionist of the comped service because at this point I didn’t trust them. She looked at me weird & sort of shook her head. My actual service was not the best I’ve ever had, but certainly not the worst. The therapist was extremely friendly & personable. She did, however, talk through the entire service which I feel like is an unspoken rule not to do during a massage. The service was cut 10 minutes short, not sure why. When I went to check out, I AGAIN reminded the receptionist that the service was comped but I would still like to leave a tip. She NODDED and asked how much I’d like to leave. When I left, I got a notification from my bank that I was charged for the FULL service. When I went back inside to explain the situation, there was absolutely no apology, empathy or compassion. Mistakes happen, but the lack of customer service was appalling. She reversed the transaction without ever offering an apology. If only one of these things happened, I probably wouldn’t be so irritated. But with all of the rescheduling mixed with the incompetence of the receptionist- it made my experience horrific. Please don’t reach out & offer some sort of incentive because I will quite literally never be back.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI was working out more than usual and was sore, especially my knees from quad work. I saw a special and called to schedule. Chris was recommended to me for my concerns. He was fantastic. I left there with a new set of legs and I had a great Bar Method workout today. Do not hesitate. Schedule yourself today. You will not regret it.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage. Girl said best she could do was medium firm. After 15 minutes into the massage, and telling her 2x the pressure was barely medium, I got up and left (she was not equipped to do any kind of firm). I have now asked 2x for the owner to call me but she does not seem to care. Horrible customer service.
