I’ve been there about 3 times now & some thing is always wrong. The last time I went which was a week ago, I have a no chip on my toes & nails. My polish is always coming off & im kind of tired being nice especially when I always spend 100+.. I do not recommend them. Pedicure, Manicure

If I could give them no stars I would , I got my nails done here Sunday 24th of February let me start by saying two of the lady’s was very rude….I was suppose to get the gel nail manicure which included nails of course hot towel & mud mask for $30 GUESS WHAT .?! I didn’t get nothing but my nails done . The lady that did my nails cracked my nail and painted over it I asked her about it and she said it was just the gel polish and told me she would not redo it just the paint . Now it’s about to fall off ♀️ If you want a good shop go to G Nails ask for Sam or his wife they do the best nails

Went here today for a pedicure. The staff were friendly but, the service was terrible. The nail tech didn’t cut my toe nails properly, and she just scrubbed one foot and didn’t do the other. The polish was also done poorly. She painted one foot and left for 5 minutes and came back and did the other foot doing a second coating on the fresh just painted leaving it clumpy. I don’t write reviews but I was charged 27 dollars for a crappy pedicure. It was fast, and sloppy. I will never come back here.

I went to the salon yesterday ( february 17th ) and the service & staff were already at a minimum due to the flu so they only had 1 nail tech. I got medium length coffin nails and my sister got the same. The price came out to $90 because they charged us for manicures we DIDN’T receive, but a refund is being transferred. Today, february 18th, one nail has already popped off. The paint job was horrible, and she got polish everywhere. The same nail that popped off looked lopsided to even start, and the 3 women working had one literally sleeping in a pedicure chair rather than helping customers. I would give it zero stars if I could, but alas, 1 can do. NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. They will be having loud conversation with each other as they are taking care of clients. Dancing and hollering right in front of the customers. The one that took care of me last time was very nonchalant and barely listening to my instructions. I told her several time she was too hard on my nail and asked her to cut one of them; she kept saying ” I do for you” but nothing was ever done. My toe nails were not properly cleaned, yet she was about to put the gel color on it. My cuticles were badly cut too and I ended up paying 15$ dollars of manicure regardless.

I normally just go to this location for full body massage. I went yesterday and I will not be back. For one I had an appointment and even then when I arrived the staff wasn’t ready to begin, they had me wait for about 6 minutes then took me to the room to change and had me wait another 10! I looked at the time when she began and she did not do the full hr I paid for. As soon as she started she asked if I wanted the 1hr massage, when I answered yes she quickly asked you do know its $65 right? I said yes, and that’s totally fine. Normally when I go I can take a nap because it feels relaxing but yesterday I honestly could not wait for her to be done, it was very painful (which is the reason I didn’t complain about not getting my full hour) she kept going in and out of the room. Today I woke up sore from my back, shoulders, and neck. She was rough and to top it off she did something they have never done to me before and that was wipe off the oil with a wet smelly towel! I was so disgusted by the smell I couldn’t wait to get home to shower. She also had the nerve to turn on a loud fan! which made it hard to relax and I was freezing because I was naked! DO NOT GO HERE.

I love Serenity spa, I’ve been to a couple places to get my nails done but this is by far the best, I mostly get my nails done for special occasions so I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. The ladies are really nice, Linda usually does my nails and she’s great! Kim did mine today and she did a good job as well, they listen to what I want and they’re always sweet. I never make appointments and they always help me anyways, so convenient. And they have so many gel colors to choose from! Love them!

they deserve NO STARS, Everyone says Kim is the best but she is the worst. I’ve gone a couple times and she been my worst experience she rushed my nails, when I told her to fix my crooked ones she began to be more rude and annoyed, she then tried to use another color on me that I did not want so I just got clear and was going to do it myself. Well they fell off on the 2nd Day! They are overpriced and rush everything they do. Then they harass you for tip that they do not deserve. Horrible service, Don’t waste your time and money!
