I booked my appointment online just to find out my stylist doesn’t even work there yet.. I got a good cut but wasn’t what I requested. I ordered a cut and shampoo, but when I got there they weren’t expecting me. Don’t book online. Call ahead if you want an appointment or else you won’t get what u want.

I have used this place many times. I went in for a haircut on Tuesday morning and came out with a haircut I did not want. 3 times I said I don’t want it shorter in the back. Well it is! I also two times told her my part was not where it should be. She said I’m still cutting!! Never put my part where it should be. It’s totally not what I wanted and the stylist was snippy. No pun intended. She deserves one star but I don’t want to hurt the whole salon but she does work there.
