Absolutely terrible customer service. I needed to reschedule since I had no childcare for my infant. I tried rescheduling before Kaelyn’s 24 hour time frame. I was literally 12 minutes past the 24 hours and she refused to waive the $30 fee when she has been late on me 3 separate times. I already paid for the service in advance and she wouldn’t refund me! Horrible horrible practice on her part.

I had a bad experience here. This place doesn’t have a Sign or anything. It’s hard to find. I was charged a late fee because I spent too much time looking for this place. They were on the floors the door was locked and then I walked around to find another door. I tried to get in there but I couldn’t find another door. It felt really weird. At 6:15pm I called them. She asked why I didn’t call for opening the door and she charged me $30 for late fee. It’s a waste of time, money and I’ve drove a long way to get there.

It was draining not knowing when or if she was going to be available. First some products were included and then there was extra cost… I felt mistreated. I assume it was not on bad intention but maybe she takes too many commitments so she can’t deliver what she offers. Despite the limitations that COVID brought when it came to hospital guests, she was an amazing doula. She was always there for me to answer questions and offer both professional and momma tips and tricks that went a long way for anxious new parents!

Kaelyn is a gem! She really knows how to “create the space” perfect for relaxation and wellness. When I enter the door I feel a peace come over me beckoning me to just relax. She is very responsive in the way she give massages (especially prenatal!) & my husband said she was able to give a much more firm massage than he was expecting which was awesome. Kaelyn really cares about each of her clients individually and it shows.

I booked with this company 1 and a half weeks in advance.Paid for it up front and not a single person showed. When I finally DID reach a real person I was told I could either reschedule or get a refund, but the refund wouldn’t come for 10 business days. This was a horrible experience. Very unprofessional. I wouldn’t my money if I were you. If they can’t even take time to look at their appointment book ,Take my advice and go somewhere else.

This massage felt great and she was so nice, just be careful you don’t go to her address on google because she moved to El Camino and her new address is on the actual website. I unfortantly went to the old address first and it cut into my massage time 🙁
