Tina does my nails and toes! She’s very patient and gentle. She listens to my requests and even makes suggestions. All the staff is really nice. Plus, they follow covid prevention procedures well, wiping down surfaces regularly. This is what made me keep coming back. I truly enjoy my experience here. I’m going to miss Tina when I move to California.

The thing about it, the lady wanted to educate me on taking care of my nails right!! But, the fill-in ONLY lasted 5 days before chipping and breaking off. so, things happen. I went back to have them repair my still freshly done nail. SHE CHARGED ME FOR THE REPAIR OF THE FIVE DAY OLD NAIL.$10.00 I paid! Then, she painted the nail three shade different from the other nine finger tips. I’m thinking, can she not see the colors are different??? Thinking the color would change . She blamed me for picking the color out. FUNNY THANG IS, SHE PICKED THEM BOTH!!! So, your ready to tell me how to take care of my real nails!! But don’t know the colors you picked out for me TWICE!!?? And work with daily!!! NO THANKS YOU!!! Plus the fact they don’t do no dead skin treatment for pedicure just took me all the way out!!! $99 cent NAIL SHOP FITS THE WORK AND APPARENT OLD MATERIAL BEING USED HERE!!!! The tech was just too aggressive to not be able to make a set stray on for more than five days for me!!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI found this place after going to 2 other nail salons in the same day.I was looking to get a French Tip SNS Dip, and after being told that it’s not possible (by the previous 2 nail shops.) I came into this place.Kelly took great care of me, she did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to what I wanted and took her time to make it happen.Plus they adhear to Covid-19 protocol. Got a color change for gel polish and the application was very sloppy. The color isn’t as vibrant when originally applied to toenails. Returned to get it corrected and that is the reason for 2 stars.

I’m literally giving one star because it won’t let me leave a negative rating. I went for my first time and spent $50 on a gel full set. After less than 24 hours 3 nails cracked due to the acrylic being too thin & weak. The polish was spotty. I called to let them know & they didn’t answer (during business hours). I called back a day later & they told me yes the acrylic was probably too thin but since 24 hours passed they wouldn’t do anything. Oh but they said I could happily pay to have them fixed. I will never spend another hard earned dime at their establishment.

I have been going here for years to get my eyebrows waxed. I will often come and get a pedicure as well. I only allow the owner/boss lady to do my eyebrows. I’m not too picky about my pedicure, but I would prefer either boss lady or Tina.

WILL NEVER BE GOING HERE AGAIN! This nail salon has been under new management for a few years and I can see the STEADY decline in clientele. It wasn’t until yesterday that I experienced why. I’ve never been interested in getting my nails done here because I’m very particular about sanitary practices in nail salons, so I only went to this establishment for eyebrows as a walk in. Both times, there were no more than 4 other patrons in the salon. Whatever their walk in policy is, I was refused service both times. The second time, I was in a time crunch and asked the woman who walked in a single minute before me if I could get my eyebrows done & SHE AGREED THAT IT WOULDNT TAKE ANY TIME TO DO MY EYEBROWS BEFORE STARTING HER MANICURE. I guess our agreement made the nail tech who refused me upset. In the back room she called herself “confronting” or “correcting me”. Because, as a customer, I’m not above advocating for myself, she became upset I wasn’t trying to hear her piss poor reason for making me wait while she began another client each time I came in, instead of taking me in between. Once, okay. Twice, is unacceptable and deliberate. She proceeded to put her hand in my face to halt me from making my point and then refuses to do my eyebrows all together. How dare you violate my personal space after a failed attempt to hush me after YOUR disregard of me as a customer? I have never been so disrespected over such a petty and minor request like getting my eyebrows done. Because this salon is failing, I’m assuming they’ve decided to prioritize higher paying services over small services, which just isn’t right. I will not be coming back.
