This was one of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten. The lady did the same move 30 times over and didn’t have any new moves to do. Very lame massage. I also paid for a 60 minute massage + a $2 fee for using a card and it was only 50 minutes. Do not recommend, save your money and go someplace else.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I love a good firm, deep tissue massage, I like when it hurts-so-good. But this guy kept going over and over my spine and shoulder blades and it HURT HURT, not good hurt. I fully expect to see bruising. I scheduled a 90 minute massage and finally had to have him stop after 20 minutes.

For the price and availability this place deserves 5 stars. It is certainly not the fanciest place around town for a massage but they have been able to get me in within an hour three different times and are probably the cheapest place around. I have had a male and female and both were good.

Went to serene we had couple massage this afternoon. Was pretty busy here, a lady came out said need wait 30 mins. After done massage that worth to wait, Comfortable No Frills massage place. Staff friendly and helpful. Priscilla, the masseuse, was very sensitive to my particular needs. She helped resolve several pain issues. . we will definitely go back again.

I got a 30 min reflexology massage and 30 min regular massage. The foot massage was good, however the lady that was massaging me had two phones on her and she kept answering them while continuing with the massage. When she wasn’t on the phone, the phones were buzzing.

Went to Serene today I had a 100 minute combination massage done.. I really enjoyed the experience and I feel so much better. The tension I had in my shoulders is gone and I can now move my neck better as well. The staff was so amazing and so kind. The decor inside was so well put together. They have nice soft music in the back ground and the masseuse I had was amazing. I know with out a doubt I will be visiting Serene again.

The massage was nice. However, there were multiple times it was interrupted by the front desk lady coming and speaking/whispering to my masseuse. Distracting if your purpose is to relax. Also, the posted prices on the wall were cheaper than what the Groupons are offered at. THAT is frustrating and alone should leave this at 1 star but the massage was nice overall.
