I went here to get box braids done and the experience was horrible. I arrived at 10:50am and didn’t leave until 7:33p. It was hot, filthy, and uncomfortable. (No AC) the front and back door was open so I suppose that was supposed to be ok. The braider starts off the braids and at the end will go back and finish the braid down. I had to help braid half of my head down because she was slow and was going back forth between me and another customer. At the end I asked if could take off $20 from the due amount because I helped braid my hair. She began to yell and said no and made excuses. As a place of business this is very unprofessional just pure ghetto. I’ve never experienced anything like this. Braids are trash didn’t use any product on my hair while braiding such as jam ect. The braids are freeze and ugly. They look as if I’ve had them in for sometime.

Very neat and professional. Awesome prices. They make sure you are happy with your hair! I initially gave them 5 stars….Update.. after taking down my hair I realized some of my natural hair had been cut. From my experience with braiding.. you get fly aways or hair that sticks out… the right thing to do would be to go back and retwist or braid the hair but a lazy person would cut it just so the braid appears neat. Wish I would have kept the picture to upload but it was able 3 inches cut in one spot.. very disappointed.
