I had a wonderful first experience getting a pedicure here! Everything was clean, the staff was welcoming, and I am super happy with the end result. They really took their time and made sure that I was comfortable and happy with how things were going.

Critical: Quality, ValueI went in and asked for marble nails which they said they couldn’t do so I said that was fine and to just do a solid nail color. While doing my acrylic nails my nail tech shaped them very poorly and laid the nail tip on crooked on several nails. The place is friendly and clean but that’s really it from my experience. Once the acrylic had dried it looked as if it had been slightly grown out by maybe 4 or 5 days. Additionally, some of my nail polish is very streaky and covers some of my skin/ cuticle or doesn’t cover all the nail and is overall poorly done. After the nails had been filed they still look very chunky at the end and the polish doesn’t coat the end of the nail so you see acrylic popping out. Some of the nails are shorter than others and lifting from my natural nail after 10 minutes. I would not recommend this nail salon. They also don’t do refunds but no where in the salon does it say that – when I asked if it was possibly to simply get a refund or a partial refund they said they usually just fix the nails for people. I went in and asked for marble nails which they said they couldn’t do so I said that was fine and to just do a solid nail color. While doing my acrylic nails my nail tech shaped them very poorly and laid the nail tip on crooked on several nails. The place is friendly and clean but that’s really it from my experience. Critical: QualityI made an appointment here because my normal location is not open until August. I went in asking for an ombre dip, which they told me they could do. I couldn’t really see the job she was doing through the plexi-glass, but from far away it looked somewhat ok. I had asked for my nails to have a square shape a well. When I finally was done, I paid and went to my car and looked at my nails. They look like a bad french tip job, and the shape is all uneven, some nails are shorter than the others, a lot of them are crooked. They were all the same length before I went into the salon. She did not seem to understand when I asked her to straighten out one of my nails, because she left one side of it super high and the other side of the nail super low, so it looked like a hump.I paid, because I did not really see how bad they came out until I got to the car.
