I got the 90 min massage and it was literally full body from head to toes. Mixed hands/kneading, hot stones, and bamboo sticks and even got walked on. Relaxing experience. Strong hands. Clean atmosphere and friendly therapist who made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Will book appointment again.

What an amazing experience! I had a wonderful hot stone massage booked, but upon hearing I had never had a bamboo massage, I was treated to a sample. Get the bamboo!! It’s so wonderful. I had a full 60-minute massage and was even treated to special Chinese medicines for an ache in my ribs. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Des Moines!
