Me and my husband were going for regular Supercuts so I was trimming my hair and my bangs and the lady didn’t even sort through my hair correctly I had to tell her multiple times that it wasn’t even and when I saw the other lady that did my husbands hair she doesn’t know how to do a fade correctly and should’ve let another employee that does it better do it. I’m not satisfied at all and won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I like getting my hair cut here at this location. I followed Diana G from the N 10th location. She really pays attention to what type of cut you want and also makes suggestions. Customer service is very important it is a dying quality and it is very important in order to have return client’s.

So I was there two days ago and I told the stylist with supposedly 20 plus years experience that I wanted a side angle pixie cut. She basically said that she was going to pick a cut that was best for me. So she had no idea what the heck she was doing. I am no longer setting foot at any Supercuts ever again.
