Neat and clean environment, decor is super cute but the professionalism and friendliness of Arielle is the selling point. My hair looks and Feels healthy and you should have seen what she had to work with. In love with the condition of my hair and I didn’t have to sit there all day. Critical: QualityI booked with Arielle to get my hair colored. I told her I wanted to look like a natural ginger/ red head and that I wanted to wear it curly, not straight. She was doing fine with bleaching my hair and trimming it but once she put the color on my hair I knew it was the wrong shade. She didn’t put any product on my hair after she wet it to define my curls and let me walk out looking like I was wearing a clown wig. For someone who was their first time having their hair dyed at all, this was very traumatic experience. Luckily I was able to fix it myself but I will not be back. I booked with Arielle to get my hair colored. I told her I wanted to look like a natural ginger/ red head and that I wanted to wear it curly, not straight.
