Been going here for my toes for a couple months now. Came in today to get my nails and toes done. Asked for acrylic nails and a pedicure. I showed the man the picture and he said they couldn’t do it. That was absolutely fine and I then asked for a natural looking ACRYLIC nails. At the end of my nail session he adds on glitter. (which I didn’t ask for. strictly natural looking) Get my nails and toes done. Go up the counter to pay and he goes “$125 dollars.” I asked him the price break down and I paid $45 for my toes (normal price) but he charged me for Gel nails which is a $15 dollar up charge, he didn’t tell me about and then charged me for the TINY amount of glitter on my nails. The price for my nails was $80 and with what I wanted it would’ve been $40 dollars. $40 up charge on my nails when I was specific about what I wanted. Will NOT be going back anymore. UPDATE: They reach out for me to call them. I called them to see what “they would make right” after calling he told me he not only up charged me for the “gel” set, he charged me to take of my nails when I asked them to be only taken off if they needed to be. Which half of them hurt so bad when he took them off which meaning they weren’t ready to come off. He proceeded to hang up on me and not making anything right. The absolute worst place I have even been and I have been getting my nails done for years.

I never get my nails done but needed to get them done for a wedding. I love the fact that lovely nails has online appointments which was so helpful to be able to book before. They were super nice in there, had so many color options to choose from and where timely. I got my nails done and eyebrows. I love my simple little nails with a bit of bling added. My eyebrows also look fresh 🙂 I will be back

For the first time ever, I decided to get acrylic nails. Price stated 35 and up. I paid almost 100$ at the end. I showed a guy a picture of how I want my nails to be done. He certainly did not do what I asked. He also did horrible line work. My pointer finger barley has any white at all. You can also see the white “X’s” through the red. Although the staff were super nice, I’m slightly disappointed in the price I paid for the quality I received.

I just got Winter nails today! She did an amazing job on the art work and was super gentle. I love how honest she was about the design and what looks best as well. I always get super nervous with the mechanical tools and at Lovely Nails I felt like I could trust her and wasn’t going to get cut. Over all they’re super respectable, kind, and very talented. I’ll never go to another place again. See ya in 2-3 weeks

Came here because TNT raised their prices a bit. The man doing my nails was apparently a new employee.. I am VERY disappointed with the service today. I was cut once, my sister was cut twice and was still bleeding when we left. There is a large gap between my natural nails and my tips already, and there is a lot of glue still left on my fingers.

Crystal did my nails. They look great and feel good. I don’t get my nails done but they have been splitting and pealing so bad that they hurt, and nothing was helping. They feel do much better. Dip powder

The gel polish peeled off two hours later. The French I got was sloppy and there was fuzz and cuticle pieces under the polish. Literally the worst gel manicure I’ve ever gotten. Do not go here. Gel manicures

My daughter and her friend came in to get there nails done for a dance.they didn’t recognize any of the workers. There was 2 ppl working and only 1 of the workers went back and forth between the girls nails. While the other took another customer We are paying customers and should not have took over 2 hours to get there nails done. I’ve been coming for years and I am disappointed about this visit. I hope the next visit will be a better experienceor I will be finding another place to give my money too
