They have a new owner. Took my son for hair cut for the second time first time his hair looked like it was chopped with a knife terrible. I gave them a second chance and rossy had such a bad attitude she kept saying my son was moving and thats why she was messing up. My son is 8 and he was hardly moving she was cutting it so fast with the machine and was being roughf my son kept saying ouch ouch, when I stood really close to him and said was wrong his eyes were watery and said it hurts and she said well he moves, she was putting alot of pressure on his head with one hand and cutting with the other. I told her just finish the side and leave it is fine I just wanted to leave. Muy mal servicio rosy no tienes paciencia con los niños y mal Cortes que ases quedan trasquilados.

I showed the lady pictures of how I wanted my hair & she did the complete opposite. I asked for ombre hair & she made it all blonde. Plus the cut was very uneven, one side was longer then the other. I just hate how my hair came out, never going there again !

I will never go back to this place again! I told the stylist I wanted long layers I still wanted to keep my long length (down to my waist) well she did the opposite my hair was cut shoulders, it was not cut evenly, and it’s not even in layers! The worst experience ever!!
