I called this salon on a Monday morning and within 15 minutes I was sitting in a comfy oversized massage chair getting my nails done. The salon was very clean and organized. I had a pedicure and a gel/shellac manicure. They were ready for me when I arrived and the whole process took about an hour. My nail tech, Tina was very thorough and attentive and the prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

Worst nail job I’ve ever had. Staff wasn’t that friendly. The lady who did my nail cut finger and it hurt very much. I wanted sparkles in my nail she didn’t do that and my nail are bumpy, have air bubbles, are uneven and she should of put another layer in as well.

May gives the best manicures on Cape Cod. I have been getting regular gel and acrylics here for a year now. I won’t go anywhere else! My nails never chip and May is a perfectionist at filing and painting.

I got a dip manicure. Absolutely the WORST manicure I have ever experienced. A gentleman did it – and he was NOT gentle. I have cuts and burns on 4 fingers from his filing. Had to say ‘ouch’ a few times so I wouldn’t lose more skin. I have bumps on 2 nails that I didn’t point out because I didn’t want to be tortured while he fixed it. My daughter got hers done at the same time and he removed her existing dip. She has cuts and burns as well. AVOID THIS SALON!!!

This review is about the terrible customer service that my mom and I received from Secret Nails & Spa. My mom and I are regulars here and usually see Maria for our services, but we made an appointment with Anna instead because Maria was off that day. As a side note, Anna is also excellent at what she does and has impeccable attention to detail. This negative experience is about the other employees who work there. We have had walk-in appointments with the other girls, and they are sloppy and usually rush everything, so we have made a point to only ask for Maria or Anna. I had never considered writing a bad review before, but after our recent experience, I felt that it was necessary. My mom was having her pedicure done by Anna and asked for a flower drawing design. Anna could not draw one. My mom heard another employee rudely say, “Tell her to go pick a flower from outside.” The rude employee reluctantly came over with small stick-on flowers. My mom asked if she could draw them like Maria usually does, to which she curtly replied, “I’m not Maria!” You could hear the jealousy oozing from her. Maria is their most sought after employee, and often fully booked, so it makes sense that they are threatened by her. However, there is no need to be rude because you lack the artistic skills needed in your line of work. FYI, they charged her TEN DOLLARS for stick-on flowers the size of a crumb. When it was my turn to pay, I didn’t have any cash on me, so I asked the girl checking me out to put it on the card. I have seen customers do this many times here and didn’t think it was a big deal. I guess she didn’t hear me or didn’t want to hear me because she said, “You need to tell me before.” They kept asking if I had Venmo or PayPal, which I do not, as I am very against those apps, because your money isn’t insured or protected against fraud. I was in a hurry, but I decided to drive over to the ATM they had pointed out across the parking lot. As I was leaving, I heard one of the girls say to another customer, “She is lying about not having PayPal or Venmo.” At that point I wanted to get in my car and drive off, but Anna did nothing wrong and I wanted to tip her. I am so disgusted by the other girls at this salon. Just because you learned a handful of English words, doesn’t mean you should badmouth your regular customers. I came right back, cash in hand, and left a tip for Anna. Honestly, I would avoid this salon unless you have specifically booked an appointment with Maria or Anna, they are the only ones who are worth seeing. Everyone else is visibly miserable, talentless, and just rushing to get you out the door.
