I have been to a lot of different salons in years past but I was never satisfied with my hair color that the salon was using until I meet Ralphie at Halo, she is the best at color to go with your skin tone. My color is always spot on and I always love my highlights and the best thing is I can set in the seat in total ease knowing I’m in good hands.
