I was really hopeful about this place. But this some of the worst quality work I have ever gotten done. The toes polish was just awful. It’s like the girl was scared to use nail clippers and refused to cut them despite me asking MULTIPLE times. She kept curing the toes before cleaning them and it just left a mess of polish on my skin. The shapes are not even and she kept putting such thick layers of polish and my toes weren’t even dried when I left. I even double checked with her before she told me to put my shoes on and she said they’d be fine put them on. WRONG. She couldn’t even get basic polish off and charged me for gel removal when she didn’t even try to get it off and had to “use a drill.” The full set took 3 hours. I only wanted polish on my toes and that took 1 hour and it came out awful. The girl who did the full set tried but just wasn’t very experienced and couldn’t do what I was asking so we moved on and did something she recommended I do and yet I still got charged for something that was HER IDEA AND NOT WHAT I WANTED… overall I wouldn’t recommend this place for pedicures at all and if you want nails done pick carefully. Even after I said something upfront I just kept getting told that a long time for nails is “standard”… I was told 1.5 hrs for the nails on the phone and 15 mins for toe polish. I didn’t even get any crazy designs. I didn’t even get what I wanted. I waisted an hour getting a pedicure when I could’ve done a better job at home. She offered to have me come back but I simply just want my money and time back because I’m not hopeful that the next time will be better. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Kylie did amazing for my facial and pedicure!!! (pink hair) she was so gentle and was very thorough in verifying i was comfortable with the treatment of the facial and was detailed explaining what she was going to be servicing as well! which was very helpful and i felt very cared about the entire 2+ hours with her. it was fun talking to her too!! She even asked me if i wanted my toenails cut rounded or square!! so thoughtful because i love my toenails rounded so they don’t scrape my yoga mat. very kind and will be booking with her again next time i book here again . 10/10 .

We had such a nice time today! I was surprised how reasonably priced hair cuts were. If you consider washing and styling is included in the price, its about the same cost as Fantastic Sam’s, but way better results! My daughter’s hair is so shiny and pretty, and the stylist was so kind to her. My stylist took time to show me how I can style my hair myself, and suggestions on other ways I can style it without damaging it. We both loved our hair cuts and felt so pretty afterward! I chose Seasons because they have an actual receptionist with working phone number, and don’t expect you to download an app, or contact them through Instagram (i don’t know why this is a problem Ive encountered so much, but here we are). Hopefully we can come back and have a spa day!

Hello, I got my hair done about a week ago. I kept my length and I loved my natural color but I wanted something different. Jenn suggested a balayage and I love it! I went in and got my hair dyed, the lady who did my hair did a wonderful job with the color BUT she did not tell me that when she bleached it, my hair had breakage. it looked as though she tried to cover it up. i didn’t realize until i got home and looked at the back that it was MESSED up. my hair is SO thin now, definitely not what i went in with. i can’t complain about the color, just the breakage and not telling me. i would have felt so much better if she would have just told me chunks of my hair came out and tried to fix it but she covered it up and let me leave. i hate paying over $200 to this salon for them to cover stuff up and not be honest with their clients….

Today I decided to go to this place to get my new nails. I didn’t have an appointment and very kindly they got me one. I waited for an hour without problems until a girl came to attend to me. I confidently showed her the nail model that I wanted immediately. she started to work she told me that she worked with a different material than her colleagues some kind of transparent acrylic I knew about this product I just asked her why and she told me because it was easier for her I didn’t pay much attention I let her do her job When I was preparing my nails, which were a bit damaged, she made me bleed. She asked her partner many questions about how she should do her job, which seemed very strange to me. If you are a professional and have experience, you should not ask if you are supposed to already know. this girl seems to be new to the nail business several times other girls approached to see what she was doing and gave her instructions not to do the c Sooner or later I leave you some photos so you can see that I took a friend who was also completely disappointed in the work and the quality of the products they used after almost four hours I gave her many opportunities and Guille told her what I didn’t I liked her because obviously she did horrible nails that were too ugly and very unprofessional even so I didn’t tell her anything I didn’t want to make her feel bad after I got home I contacted the store and told them what had happened because the amount seemed quite high and I wanted that I reschedule an appointment with another person because obviously the work was very poorly done or that they return my money I had no problem they told me that they were going to give me another appointment and after 30 minutes now they send me a text message telling me that They are going to charge me the day and at the end when I received the worst service in my entire life, even so I am going to be charged monetarily for a job that is not professional at all and now don’t want to answer i will definitely not recommend this place to anyone!y

I have never had such an amazing experience in my life than when I went to this place. The lady who helped me, Sunny, was so friendly and kind and I could tell she really wanted to take care of me. Not gonna lie, I have ratchet nails that I never take care of, but Sunny didn’t judge me at all and by the end of my appointment I left feeling more confident about myself and with a gorgeous design on each nail. Currently recommending this place to all my friends and telling them to ask for Sunny

I’ve been to quite a few salons and many stylists but I love my current one. Especially because I have THICK and frizzy hair, most stylists complain about it But not Racheal! She was able to recommend treatments for me, but without the saleswoman pitch or stuffing product down your throat like some places do. She listens well, takes her time yet is efficient with it, and does a quality job. Plus she is fun to talk with, but also can give you a quiet and relaxing experience if that’s what you’d prefer.
