I thought about keeping quiet because my first experience here was good. My second experience went from $180 dollars to $200 because Ms. Lili said that my hair was too short which I didn’t understand because it was shorter the first time. I thought about not coming back then because of the excuse to charge me more. Anyways, I come back today and just ask for cornrows for crochets. Before Ms, Lili started, I told her if she couldn’t grip the back just go with the original plan which is twist or box braids. Towards the end I’m just sitting there for a good 10 minutes waiting because I figured she wasn’t done because the back was still out. Not to mention I had to wait about 30 minutes for her to arrive to the appointment that was set. So she’s just sitting and I’m thinking she’s taking a break or something because she didn’t say ANYTHING to me so after 10 minutes, I asked her was she going to finish and then she mentions that she can’t grip the back. This information would have been great to tell me when she finished the very first braid so she could just start doing the original plan that we discussed prior to her starting. I just paid and left knowing that I will NOT come back. As I was walking out, the other lady asked me was everything ok? She knew it! Now I’m still left to figuring out what ima do with my hair which is why I came here.
