Lisa is friendly and thorough, she explained everything there is know about hair removal and what to expect going forward. Her office is very comfortable and clean with the latest technology. Quaint little studio that would go unnoticed if it weren’t for Lisa’s expertise and dedication. The walls are full of hair growth theory charts and at the first consultation you’re treated to a video intro on hair growth stages and technicalities of electrolysis. Bottom line, this is the first cosmetics place where it felt scientifically sound and it’s all due to Lisa’s professional devotion.

I am so glad that I found Scarlet Electrolysis and especially Lisa. She is amazing. I am a transgender woman and she made me feel totally at ease and welcome. Her initial presentation was very informative and professional but she also has a great sense of humor which also put me at ease. She was also very honest which I appreciate. I am having my facial hair removed and she warned me that there would be some discomfort, so I was prepared for that.
