She never takes off too much or leaves them thin. She has also guided me by telling me certain areas to leave alone so they can fill in more for a better shape. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a year now with Susan. She does a fantastic job every single time! She never takes off too much or leaves them thin. She has also guided me by telling me certain areas to leave alone so they can fill in more for a better shape. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got a facial last weekend and the service was okay but i was never asked if i had any issues or problems with my skin or anything i would like them to focus on before they applied a few mask and lots of oil onto my face. My face is super sensitive to a few different things which i listed on the sheet over paper i had to fill out before the facial, the next day my face has rashes on both the sides of my face and it’s a lot of pain. OK so my rating is based soley on the frustration I’ve encountered with this business (management side) over the last few months…the Estheticians (employees) do a good job of trying to fix the customer service relationship, but whomever owns these Beautifully crafted establishments leaves a lot to be learned in the art of customer satisfaction.

I started getting threading done a while back instead of waxing due to my sensitive skin. Savarnas has many locations and a decent price for the service. Never had any issues until the last time I went. Not sure her name, but I know if I go back to that location I’m not letting her do the job. Couldn’t quite figure out why it hurt more than usual until she handed me the mirror and noticed that she basically plucked out my skin too and I didn’t notice it until I got to the car and really looked at it and noticed it was starting to bleed!

I purchased a voucher from Groupon and made an appointment the same day for a Brazilian wax. Kim did my wax she was wonderful! It’s beautiful inside very relaxing. Definitely recommend they have a lot of offers going on. Will be a continuing customer.
