Worst hair cut ever. I really don’t think she know how to cut and what she qualifies to cut. Ask me my address. Just a hair cut. Why she need my address for. And keep asking me what the number I need to cut. I’m simple. I just said make it look nice and she cut my hair uneven. And didn’t clean all the cut hair still in my head and said it is done. Never be treated like that. Hopefully they can find better person.

It’s been pretty good at times, but the last several times I’ve went there and requested a buzz cut, the person doing it leaves strands of hair longer than the rest, which affects the way it will look when it starts growing back, unless I get it fixed or attempt to fix it myself! Also, a buzz cut should not cost the same as a haircut that takes significantly longer. Just my 2 cents

Checked in online, “estimated wait time 19 min. We’ll contact you when you have about 15 min left”. Got a text “you’re about 15 min from being helped head to your location”. I head to the location. Get there 20 min after the ESTIMATED 15 min wait time. Turned away because i “missed my appointment time”. The f? A 19 minute estimated wait time “stay away till we contact you” is not an appt. It’s a call ahead just like the website says. Website and this location do not follow compatible protocol and the location literally said they don’t follow what the website says. Plenty of other hair cut places out there who can over charge me for a 5 min long crew cut. Bye.
